Help me find this custom bumper in Southern California

Hi guys. I sold this truck about a year ago and sold this custom bumper I made with it. Its somewhere around the San Diego area. I'm really missing the swing gate (my bike rack rides on it). I don't have the guys contact info. Does anyone know him or has anyone seen the truck around? Let me know!

 

Why would you black out the state (as though it's not super easy to figure out which it is by "famous potatoes") and not the license plate #?

 

If you look at the picture closely it's not blacked out, the license plate light is covering it up.

Don't have access to a metal shop anymore. Plus is was a pain in the ass.
