Looking for Recommendations Going to 35”

Have done a lot of searching in the forums and found scattered bits of information but not giving me the specific information I’m looking for.
Already have 3” suspension lift, 1” body lift, and high caster UCAs (JBA). Re-geared to 4:56 in anticipation of eventually going to 35” but currently running 33”.
I know going to 35” means plastic cutting, flair modification, CMC, bumper cutting or replacement.
So looking for suggestions/recommendations for:
- Replacement front bumper.
- Wheel and tire combinations.

Thinking about doing the same. What are your plans with the intake inlet?

 

Good question! I have not gotten that far yet. I’ve seen some posts that say it can stay and others that say it has to me modified.
My plan is long term. Probably not do it for another two years and considering having it done by Toytec or 4Wheel Parts. Will ask them about different ways they’ve done it.

2" lift, 35s with -10 offset wheels and 20mm spacer. 1" trimmed flair and fender, alot of cutting bottom corner of bumper, regular cmc

SPC alignment setting similar to this which moved the tire forward by like an inch.

16x8 -25, 2” lift and 2” cut from flares. Fender liners removed and running cowl intake as well! Heavy cab mount chop and fender well hammered back well enough for lock to lock at full stuff.

Thank you! Will check that out. Going to 35s made me think, well why not 37s? But then it would be re-gear (again) and 37s cost more than 35s. Also, I don't off-road a lot and I think 35s will do what I need.
