5 lb mini tanks yes. The 1 lb green Coleman cans are not. The map torches at home Depot are the same as green Coleman 1 lb though not the same as the full size bbq..

 

You can get converters.

 

Are you looking to get to refill the 1 lb tanks from the 20 lb tank, or use the 20 lb tank directly?

 

looking to buy something meant to attach to big bbq grill sized tanks, and use it with small 1 lb canisters instead
