My ass is saggy. I have a topper that I love having and a home made slider box in my truck bed for gear. Photo is attached. I’m looking at a constant 500-600 lbs and my suspension in the rear is sagging. I am looking for suggestions from people who have had this same issue and suggestions on bags vs a new leaf pack vs new suspension completely or any other solutions. I have looked into FOX, Dobinsons and a couple others. TIA!

Mostly stock with a few minor mods.
I have the same setup (topper and homemade deck box). I added the Firestone airbags. A little shot of air and the rear end goes up as high as you want it.

You need new leaf packs for that kind of weight...look into RXTs or Deavers.
