Swap out the thermo. Somethin’s tellin’ the gas valve there’s a flame out condition when there isn’t. It’s likely got an air flow (maybe even two) switch as well.

Bottle could be low if propane, hope you are on natural, much cheaper.
The old industrial furnace I used to work on wanted the flame rod cleaned up with Scotch-Brite every few years.
Does it have an oxygen depletion sensor?
Try some canned air on wherever gas flows, they get clogged up with cobwebs.

So after realizing we have .025 of total runout in our jacobs chuck on our milling machine, I've started trying to remove it to be replaced. It's currently stuck firmly in the collet, and I'm not entirely sure how to attack it without damaging the mill...

I don’t suppose the ‘Ol freeze trick would work. Especially if it’s been in there a spell.

I'm thinking that's gotta be done.

I've exhausted all other options. Kind of annoying that I gotta throw parts at a 3 yr old unit.

If you can’t fix it with a hammer, you’ve got an electrical problem :D

AHHA! I found out ran into a female friend at Breakfast Lets just say she works in a industry for people that can afford other methods .

We had a real good laugh !!

I can only guess so many perhaps have a very good relationship with said device maybe to many truck parts??

I learned something new so not a total waste The interesting thing Now when I see Delta09 I will think And start laughing

Been cleaning a little in the shop and ran across the old cooling system pressure tester. Bought it in a pawn shop a long time ago for $60.

This is hilarious! Kinda goes along with one of the sub conversations here!

I know I'm not the only one trying to keep a straight face.

Found this as well. I don’t even remember buying it, probably came from an auction. The chuck is a Jacobs and it’s the smallest one I’ve ever seen. The original dremel o_O
