Yes it does. My guess is you’re using an 18” spring instead of 16” on an 8” c/o? What is the spring rate? Fender to hub measurement? Shouldn’t be above 24” at the most.

Also make sure you tighten the UCA bolt (long one) when it’s on the ground and not the air. Unless your running LT shocks or another vehicle should be ok.

Are those 2nd gen shocks? My buddy runs kings but the 1st gen shocks do not come with remote resi’s unless custom ordered.

Ahhh makes more sense. Was it all bolted on the rack? I’d try loosening the UCA while on all 4’s. Then re tighten and torque. Same as if you were greasing the bushings. Simple low effort at least to cross that off.

Why is it different to tighten the uca bolt on a lt setup while its unloaded?

Not sure exactly how to explain it but when it’s tightened at drive height it’s neutral. When you grease the bushings you will loosen at ride height as well. I have seen others tighten on a rack with suspension at full droop and UCA remained at full extension similar to yours. at least to rule it out. Loosen the bolt you then you may or may not need to jack it up after just to get it to settle then tighten back while on all 4 at ride height. should be able to tackle it in 15-30 min.

“Unless you are running long shocks” I totally misread that and thought you were saying if LT you didn’t need to tighten at ride height while suspension was loaded. Disregard and thanks

Yeah you need the short body "cap over" 8" from King. If you can find a cheap pair of SAW's, they're all cap over.
