    I used to.be an autoclub tow truck driver and once you're on scene of accident call PD or Sheriff's dept are in charge . Whatever they tell you what's needed to speed up the accident scene you listen and comply

    .that tow truck driver knowing the Tacoma is totaled from the accident . He had to quickly open the road back up so a few minutes being drug on its roof isn't going to do any further damage
