Little of this and a little of that

Gotcha, I have them saved in my "list" for CVs I thought the green color looked familiar just wasnt sure if toytec had another option. They are one of things I've been curious about. if they were good axles or is it better to get the TC axles.

Depends on how hard you plan to push them.. for what I do with the truck these days, CVJ is plenty strong.

Thanks. Just finished up with a new sound setup. New polk speakers F&R, 5 channel kicker amp and added a couple 8" subs.

Next projects revolve around the camper. Water tank and pump setup, new storage and platform setup, then going to work on getting a diesel heater setup in there... never ends lol!

Nothing fancy but it helps add a little bump. JBL Fuse
    20220219_172445.jpg

Then start packing shit around them
    20220219_172917.jpg

They're fully buried now under my normal stuff behind the seats. They're wired in parallel off one sub channel.

You can also put them together and use vertically.. took up too much space tho so i ran separate and flat.
    20220219_171242.jpg

Amp is under the driver seat
    20220219_154919.jpg

Added compnent speakers to the rears so i put the tweets in the window area facing toward the humans heads vs by the doggos

Some projects in progress but i did get this knocked out today.. took some modifications, but my HF jack has some Pro Eagle flare..

Lift pad hole needs to be enlarged along with the holes on the handle to fit.. extension is the 8" version.

still have a few tweaks to make on the water system, then start organizing to see if this will work as planned.

Wrapped up the initial install of a 2kw diesel heater on the truck. Gave it a shakedown this weekend and worked great. Some tweaking still to do, but overall project worked out as planned.

so far biggest issue with the setup is the fuel tank... the nipple at the bottom is not the best at sealing and the tank venting when wheeling still gets some leakage.

    problems to fix:
    1. Find a better tank solution that won't leak while offroading
    2. Configure for easy removal for non-cold weather camping, or ways to cap off fuel system and cover system

    finishing setup for V1:
    1. Cover heater/cubby partially to hide system better
    2. Finish up "skid plate"
