I'm trying to work up the motivation to get to the gym but the -35 windchill isn't helping any!

For those keeping score at home, our last day in NSB was 85.

When you guys find a mess like this- what do you normally do? I've known previous coworkers/old millwrights who'd simply sweep them all in the metal bin without a second thought. I prefer to go through them and put away the good ones and toss the bad ones. 4A9B67CC-1187-477C-9ED6-CF9A522E3B82.jpg

Send them my way. A bench grinder gets them kinda sharp for what I do.

I'll probably do that with the ones larger than 1/2 in. We have a company come in and restock our hardware and drill bits every couple weeks up to that size.

I pick them up put them in a plastic container .

No matter some employees have no respect for company tools .

If no one asks about drill bits If I am really bored I might put them away in a few months .

Take them and release them in the wild on my work bench at home.

After all they might help you save some time on the regular daily emergency.
