Looks to me like the House is getting to small .

From the back ground pictures it looks to built up for my taste.

No clue about zoning down there but if that is a commercial property it should be worth some money it would be up here.

 

I think most of us have a drawer just like that.

The good cobalt bits get put away The tap size drill bits live with the taps

I do keep the Metric bits in the Metric tool box

The rest seem to end up in the drawer plus the most common sizes on the 2 different drill presses

The house too small, 2 bed 1 bath with 2 kids growing up it’s getting tight.

 

We've got 2 decent drill bit sharpeners, but I've got a drawer full of them some like new.some need sharpened. It's irritating people don't pick up after themselves, so I round them up and toss them in a drawer.

 

Add on to the place? Or more ready to move on? I understand that, and running the store I bet is a lot of work.

 

In case anyone is unaware, installing after-market stereos in cars sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Can be the case for sure. If it's a vehicle that hasn't been molested yet, then I'll buy from Crutchfield and get all the hook ups and harness plug and play.
This the reason I dumped a load of cash for the OEM Audio in my Tacoma. That was still a days work though taking everything apart and running the wires.

 

We could add on, just ready to get away from the store and want some land.

 

Just FYI.......OK, so the place my wife had before was a modular style home and we had a very difficult time getting it sold. There were plenty of people interested in it but financing was the hook.
The funny part; someone told us a tale about burying a statue of some catholic priestess or something. I'll be darned if it didn't sell shortly thereafter

 

This^^^ was a Royal PItA. A week of research & diagrams from a very kind dealer, plastic everything, no room…..I was extra stupid & did command start with alarm at the same time. Never Again.

i guess it depends on the vehicle and if your installing something to big to fit.

I never had major problems with Toyota`s

I just remove the doors and seats.

 

I did, and their set-up definitely made it a LOT easier. Most of the issue was due to the questionable design choices of Ford engineers!
