“New” member in Houston TX

Hey all, I joined over a year ago but then got busy and didn’t post anything. Lurked a bit here and there tho.
Anyway, my name is Ryan, I’m a master auto mechanic, and I currently own 2 tacomas. 1 is a 98 regular cab 4x4 manual, and the other one I just bought is a white 2017 DCSB TRD OR. I’ve also got a 2004 Land Cruiser, an 04 Honda S2000 that I’m building, and my wifes car is a 2013 Lexus LX570.
I used to own a 2001 Tacoma prerunner TRD which I converted to 4wd too.
I’ve got 3 young kids, and my hobbies when I have time are motocross and wrenching on my cars.

Thanks. Love the color of your truck. Always liked spruce mica on the 2nd gens. I’m about to swap the SCS F5’s from my ‘98 to my ‘17. I’m hoping the bronze wheels look good on the white truck.

 

Scratch that! Found paint peeling on a few spots on the truck this morning, googled it and found out super white paint peeling is pretty common, so I let the dealership know this morning and all agreed to back out of the deal and they’re going to send it to auction. Back on the hunt for another, this time probably cement, quicksand, or even Barcelona red.
