    Hey guys,
I am in the rebuilding phase of the Head gasket replacement project. I have been replacing all the gaskets and seals throughout the engine and was tackling the valves seals that came in the kit. When I started disassembling and cleaning the heads I ended up mixing up the camshaft cup followers. I was wondering if the Bucket camshaft followers are interchangeable? I noticed some people labeling them in some You tube videos. Looking for insight from others experiences on this. Does it matter and what is the remedy?
    Thanks,
    Tim

While they do interchange they come in different thicknesses in order for valve clearance to be set properly and thus should be kept in their original locations, since you mixed them up you will need to check all your valve clearances and try to get them back in spec with the correct buckets.

Dm93, I appreciate your information, I will verify those specs, son of a gun..... At least I didn't put it all back together entirely.
