Can someone please confirm clutch disc orientation?

    This looks correct to us according to the picture in the service manual, but can someone please confirm that the flatter side goes towards the flywheel and the protruding side goes towards the pressure plate:

    The hub, which is offset to one side, goes towards the pressure plate.

    or maybe instruction packet

    if you make it opposite of your picture the larger hub piece usually gets caught on the flywheel bolts and clutch wont sit flush (at least on most clutches I've done) its funny because Ive installed clutches and before installing the trans think back and cant positively remember, so Id pull the pressure plate back off, to verify, 5mins to check can save hours of grief and labour.
    kudos to you for checking before buttoning it up

    I know of a pair of guys that were motivated enough to make the hub fit the wrong way. Then complained up a storm across the interwebz that the clutch was garbage. Only to then find out that the problem was solely their installation. :crazy::goingcrazy::poking:
