    Four people were trapped and burned to death. He can sit there and reflect on his inaction passing opportunities to use a run out resulting in deaths as well as psychological trauma to those involved.

    I saw on the news that the governor had the sentence reduced to 10 years, given that the 110 year sentence was only triggered by state minimum sentencing guidelines.
