I'm installing a fuel pump kill switch, and am unsure of the color of the fuel pump wire under the door sill on a 2005 PreRunner. Some people say black/red, some say blue/orange. I incorrectly snipped the blue/red and discovered that isn't it, and after splicing it back together, my LOCK button on my key fob doesn't work. The UNLOCK button works find... Any help would be appreciated.

The fuel pump power wire is Black/Red (at least on 05-06 it is), if you post your engine size I can post the full engine wiring diagram.
I'm not sure why cutting the other wire would cause your door locks to stop working if it was spliced back together properly, I do know they will not lock from the fob if a key is in the ignition and/or a door is open.

Thank you Dm93... You made my day. There are two wiring looms under the sill plate. I happened to open up the one that looked like it went aft. The other tee'd off and went towards the center of the cab. Once you confirmed the wire is Black/Red (and there isn't a Black/Red in the loom I opened), I opened the other one... Wha-Laa! Black/Red showed its face... Thank you for your help...

Oh, by the way, I found that the passenger rear door was not fully closed... Boom! Both lock and unlock buttons on the fob work... Hope the rest of my day goes so well.

    Thanks again..
My engine is the 4.0L V6...
    Again, Thank you.

Not a problem, glad you got it figured out.
Here's the engine controls wiring diagram for the 05-06 4.0L in case you need it.
