I would like some advice on finding u bolts and if I need a flip kit. I purchased an older Old Man Emu EL096R leaf spring set and converted them to EL095R by removing the add a leafs per ARB instructions. Does anyone know what U bolts fit? Having trouble finding sizing needed... Also of the U bolts that I think will fit, they have rounded ends which from my knowledge only would work if I did a u bolt flip kit. Is this true?

Don't know about the OME springs. If you do a flip kit, you will need the round u-bolts because they go around the axle tube. Without the flip kit, you need the square u-bolts because they go drop from the top, over the leaf springs which have a flat surface. Check out the u-bolt prices at Wheelers; they are among the most affordable you may find online.

I have the OME EL096R leafs and did a Durobump flip kit. I ordered the 8.85" long U-bolt option after measuring the thickness of the leaf pack per Durobumps directions.

    From Durobump:

I imagine you could measure your pack and do the same? Or subtract the thickness of the removed leaf now knowing that the 8.85" ones fit the EL096R? If it helps the U-bolts that Durobumps sent in the kit are OME/ARB made anyways.

ARB is pretty helpful if you reach out to them. Give them a call or shoot them a message. They could probably tell you exactly the length/part number you need.

I forgot to mention, I still have the rectangular U-bolts that came with my leaf packs from ARB. They're yours if you want them. I'm in Seattle. I only had them installed for about 1 year/10k miles before I installed my flip kit.

Left side shows the U-shaped bolts after installing the flip kit. Right side shows the rectangular shaped bolts that came with the EL096R leafs. There's probably enough thread you could use them with the add-a-leaf removed.

I just did the opposite and added a leaf to mine (CS047R...the older pack) along with a 3 degree shim and the U-bolts on my flip kit were not long enough to accommodate both additions. Thankfully, Advance Auto Parts had longer U-bolts in stock that fit perfectly. I just had to cut down the excess length. They cost about $35.
