Hi all I just got me a pair of Nokians in LT265/75R16 119/116Q and was wondering what a good air pressure would be. The tire shop had them at 40psi and they where definitely over inflated. I would do the chalk test but there is snow everywhere. So if anyone has these what have they had luck with? Double cab long bed with topper.
    Thanks

29-30 psi is a good place to start.

Definitely drop off the 40 psi.

Check only when the tires have been driven less than 1 mile. I'd say cold tire temperature, but this time of year everything is cold. A "cold" tire means that it has not been driven to build any heat in the sidewalls, tread or air.

37 is the adjusted recommended psi for that size and load rating.
