UPDATE: Code never materialized after temps warmed up and I charged the battery up. I guess I shouldn’t let the truck sit for more than a week in the cold and having a few parasitic draws, draining the battery down.

Cold start tonight after the truck has been sitting in the cold and battery voltage was 12.0V before cranking.

    Have a pending P2441 code.

Truck is a 2015 that has had the UNI filter on for a long time, so I would bet there is no original foam filter getting in there.

Was the warranty extension for the 2012 extended to later model years?

Hi. Sucks about the code. Only 2012 as far as I know. Here in Canada they don’t thing it will ever fail (the dealer that is) I enquired about the warranty and it was something they never heard of, and said they knew of none that had any issues. Good luck with the solution. Cheers

If it comes down to failing, I'll inquire with the dealer first and push on Toyota Corp. If that doesn't go anywhere, I'll just buy a new VSV part and install it on my own.

For those that will inevitably chime in, I'm not doing the Hewitt bypass or removing the system.
