    Hey guys,

I’ve searched and searched and can’t seem to come to a definite answer. I’m interested in SCS’s Ray10s (17x8.5 -10 offset) and was wondering with stock tires (265/65/17) and stock height if it will rub with the factory mud guards or the inner liner at all. I’ve gotten some posts saying going from the stock +30 to -10 offsets will cause rubbing issues and other posts stating it’ll be fine. Any responses from anyone that has done this before or anything similar would be awesome to hear from!

    2018 TRD Sport btw

    Thanks

Good thread on that. Post #18 or so talks about the Ray 10's. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/tires-ray-10-stock.539001/

Thanks for the response. Per SCS there would be rubbing on the front mudflaps and perhaps a small bit on the fender liner with stock height and stock tires. Would still love to hear if anyone has done this before, otherwise I might just go for the TRD 4Runner wheels instead.

That looks really good. I think I'm gonna go with the same setup but bronze ray 10's on a black off road

That's correct. As noted, all you might have to do is remove the front mud flaps and depending on your tires, some light liner trimming might be necessary.
