    A few years ago I had a pair visit my bird feeder after a February snowstorm.
    They also ate some rose hips off my roses.

    we had had some Mt Bluebirds pass thru for the fist time the other day, a whole gang hit the heated birdbath once it got above freezing, it was a mad-house for 45 minutes or so, had to refill it a few times. Then they left south
