02 Red Tacoma

Needing help my 02 Tacoma has 134,000 miles on it. I start hearing this rattling noise so I had the timing belt changed out with new water pump. The noise kept happening so I removed all the belts it kept doing it so I sprayed the timing belt belt with bead blaster lubricant an the noise stopped but it comes back after a couple hours of driving. I had clutch replaced too now seems to be a slight vibration an vacuum sound at 3,000 Rpms but goes away as soon as u pass 3,000 or go under it an this is with the vehicle in neutral sitting still. Maybe cheap oreilly clutch don’t know not sure if these problems are connected it seem to all start after the clutch job. I posted video of the timing belt noise. I sprayed the belt only. needing help this timing belt has about 800 miles on it.
