Edit to add.... This is in a 2009 Tundra SR5 CrewMax

We are well into a run of about 30 days where the average temperatures have been floating between -23 and -30 degC.... and my truck is not blowing any heat onto the floor!!!!

There don't seem to be any issues with it blowing (hot or cold) on or switching between the dash and windshield vents but it won't blow onto the floor.

I've searched around this forum and read a few threads on blend door/actuator issues, but none were on the specific issue i described (heat works fine everywhere except on the floor).

I've watched a few youtube vids on accessing the blend actuator and it seems pretty straight forward to get there, but again, i didn't find any videos addressing the same issue i'm having, so..... i'd love to hear from someone who had, diagnosed and fixed the same issue i've described...(heat works fine everywhere except on the floor).
Does this sound like a bad servo motor, maybe a gear or shaft broke, or wha???

    Thanks all!

    Updates to come...
if I understand correctly, the blend actuator is only to regulate temperature, so if it's blowing air to the feet, but just stuck on hot, then I would say the blend actuator. If there's no air period, then I would just check the servo on the door that opens and closes for ground air
