    I know where you are coming from! I completely fell out with one of our inspectors over my brother-in-laws slab for his shop it had a long lasting effect. But he has finally retired thank goodness!

    Didn't check it this morning, tore out the drywall yesterday. The insulation is black on the bottom and the water is on top.

    So, not good. I am thinking the water is running off the roof and entering the flat roof where they separated the 2 structures with a saw.

    This stupid city is going to cost me more money.

    Where’s the unlike button?

    I had to deal with a persistent water leak from a decorative dormer. Moldy insulation and drywall is no fun. I finally fixed it my removing the dormers and getting a new roof. Luckily the interior work I was able to do without getting the county involved for permits. Good luck with it.
