CR-V are nice. Just remember the other trucks will hold value better than a Rav4 or CRV. So it may be cheaper now, but they won't be worth as much later. That's why a used 4runner costs more than a new Rav4. But, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

Care to elaborate? The new ones come with with same engine and turbo as the Civic Si.

Those 1.5T's are known to be super hard on oil through fuel dilution issues. We're talking about 3%+ in a short time...

That was 3-4 years ago. You think they are still pumping them out like that? Nope.

I am looking at 25 year old hookers. They don’t hold their value well either.

You sure that isn't a Raven?
So far North, I'd suspect raven rather than crow.

We have them here in the state forests and I've seen them for years now.
(They used to be uncommon here).
I've seen them doing aerobatics in pairs high in the air on blustery Winter days like they're playing around for the sheer fun of it.

This evening as we're walking from the parking lot to go into the Applebees, I saw one fly over, rather low.
    I had to look twice.
Yep, wedge shaped tail instead of the fantail of a crow.
The croak it let out was just confirmation.

    No kidding.

Yup definitely a Raven. They do make some wild croaking noises. they roost in the warmer parts of the plant around here and when you walk by sometimes they let you know you're too close. Their vocalizations are varied and unique!
