Les Schwab brakes suck. Now what?

    Don't feel too bad my dude. Sometimes we have to make a mistake to learn from it.

    With that said, you could swap out the pads pretty easily if it really bugs you. Although, I'd recommend you give it some time - it can take a little bit for pads & rotors to bed and it may just be part of the process. My pads & rotors took about 1-2 weeks to fully bed and that was using the factory Toyota ADVICS pads & a set of OEM rotors.

    Its been over a year . . Just recently decided Im keeping the truck & picking away at things that need done.
    It's pretty miserable to drive (brakes wise) after being in my new 4runner. Appreciate the feedback.
