anyone run 285 70 16 on their tacoma with stock suspension? the front of mine is leveled with 2” spacers but that’s it. was thinking of getting KO2s in that size. any input would be great! cheers

Plenty do, trim where you rub and your truck be happy.

thank you. i’m just now seeing KO2s aren’t even made in that size according to discount tire. just the nitto trail grapplers but they seem too needy for a daily driver. thanks again!

Some of this Some of that
Front lifted 1.75 with Bilstein 5100 rear stock with 285 70 17. Equivalent for 16” rim is 285 75 16. Had to remove the front mud flaps and replace them with thinner ones, and very minimal trimming to the fender flare in one small spot. Rubs a little but not too bad

Lift doesn't really change the size tire you can run since the size of the wheel well doesn't change.

I have somewhere around 2" of lift with 285/75/16 on a 16x8 with 4.5" backspacing and 0 offset. They fit the rear without any trimming but up front I cut the cab mount, flattened the pinch weld, trimmed some fender flare and fender liner, and had the truck aligned pushing the wheels as far forward as they'd go (I have SPC UCAs). Even after that I can still get it to rub a bit when I stuff the tires. I need to either trim more (just plastic at this point), put a spacer under the bump stop to limit travel, or just let it rub until the problem solves itself.
