Blind Spot Monitor Delete

When we installed the after market bumper (SOS Offroad Concepts Swing Out), we decided to bolt the BSM to the bumper. Not because of functionality, but so the harness could still have all its components attached.

Turns out the BSM needs room to breath and an air gap. Because it was flush mounted on the inside of the bumper, it short circuited with water. This caused all the safety features to seize and blew a fuse.

The best thing to do was remove the BSM all together.

Backup Camera Relocation

Moved the backup camera from the tailgate handle to the swing out! Video and install here!

 

First Alert Fire Extinguisher


The First Alert fire extinguisher is an important addition to the Victory 4x4 MOLLE panels. Nice and close to be accessible in any emergency.

It was important to have it mounted at an angle to ensure that the other pouches were not hindered.


The red lines indicate where the fire extinguisher mounts to the panel.


The mount/holster is bolted to the panel.


Here is a view that showcases the top bolt with its washer to help stay in place.

Improved Bumper Handles
