Happened to run across the new Ford F-150 electric yesterday while waiting for my 06 Tacoma at Service Dept. in Poway, Ca. Ford was backing out of a parking spot on the dealership lot and what drew my attention was backup "alert" coming from the truck. When the driver put the F-150 into drive the motor/drivetrain was not Tesla quiet. (My wife has a 2018 Tesla Model 3) It was pretty loud!
I could still hear it as to drove off the lot and for at least another 70-80'. Body style was Ford Truck all the way. What gave it away was the electric drive train.
