A while back I was searching around, and asking for help with finding a vibration after doing a small 2.5” lift in the front with Bilstien 5100 and Arb springs, and a 1” block in the back. I also got new rims and bigger tires. The problem I had was trying to figure this vibration out with so many new things going on. I put a spacer kit on front differential and the carrier bearing spacer to insure it wasn’t anything going on with drive angle. Long story short it was a balance issue that I was only able to figure out after having the tires and rims “Road Force Ballanced” - balancing the wheels while applying force to them at the same time. The issue was One tire and rim which was 37 pounds of road force. Allowable R.F.B. 4-6 LBS. so you can sit there all day and balance and rotate the tires all day and still have the same problem, do yourself a favor and find a shop that does a road force balancer and have them check out your wheels before moving on to the next thing. Another note is when driving the truck the vibration wouldn’t really show up till about 50 MPH, also when I rotated the tires it would lessen the vibration when the out of whack tire and rim was put on the rear. Hope this helps others that are trying to figure out a random Vibration they can’t figure out even after going over the basics.
