I was staying at a air bnb rental, south of interstate 10 just West a couple/few blocks from the Walmart there in Buckeye. Decent 2 story style house across the street similar to one we rented was 160k for sale. Price is double that now! I like the big open area style of that place though.

 

Buckeye has exploded the past couple years but is still a bit far out of Phoenix to commute. Plus, its very busy with interstate traffic.

 

It was decent commute to Wintersburg though where the power plant was located.

Yes! If only I was fortunate to get in that line of work fresh out of high school in 1986. I might be able to retire now! I remember hearing back then it was a great place to work, but from where I was (19th Ave Thunderbird) it seem like a world away.
But going strong for sure, I've worked at more than a few Nuke Plants and they've got a good thing going there.

 

Made my first table saw jig, but the finger tolerances ended up being too tight. Luckily the I made the finger-fence detachable from the sled, so it's not too difficult to fix.

I make 'em for a dollar a pack (versus $9 in stores here), while watching YouTube.

I contend that ours are "fresher".
I buy the tobacco in big sealed ziploc bags.
