Howdy folks! I've been an avid viewer of the TW forums for a while now, ever since I was able to get my first Taco in August of 2021. My '05 Passat Wagon was ready to bite the dust, and I needed something that could haul all of my cross-country and ski jumping gear, as well as everything I need for college halfway across the country. So, we found Lucille, a 2015 magnetic gray metallic DCLB TRD Sport. She loves the snow, which is good because I live in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and go to college in the Adirondacks in Northern New York State (Both places that get plenty of snow).

She's pretty close to stock, and the only things I've changed since getting her have been getting a hard topper, a "Pro" style grille (though I think it looks more like my buddy's '93 land cruiser grille than the TRD Pro), LED fog lights, some Yakima Skyline bars, and a set of Falken Wildpeak A/T3W's. If people have any recommendations for things, send them along! I'm always open to suggestions because I'm still a Taco/ truck noob.

We haven't had too many major adventures together yet, mostly just logging roads with puddles or snow, and I'm still learning her quirks and how she handles things, but I would love to make a bedspread in the bed and go camping at some point! I usually go out to Park City, UT to train for part of the summer, and if I make it out that way next summer I imagine I'll want to check out some of the more mild western overlanding trails.

Anyway, I'm excited to become part of the TW fam, hopefully I'll get some pictures that are really worth their own post at some point in the future!
