Did you mean to title your thread “Middle Age Crisis Exhaust”?

Quit the nonsense and LS swap it!

I suggest cutting of the tailpipe, leave the part that dumps over the axle and cut it just before it straightens out.

I did it to remove the dangling pea shooter tailpipe that looks meek, and is waiting to get bent and rusty.

My needs were strictly functional and visual, but it did also add a bit more sound in the cab. Best part it is free, and in my mind the best looking option available regardless of price.

I've been shopping for a bit and had a Borla on my 05. You can't beat the price on Amazon, $573 w/everywhere else listing at best $650, so I was able to get autoanything.com to match the price and went with them for security purposes.

Thought I'd share for anyone considering:

I must be so middle aged that I think stock is decent enough.......but manual helps that a bit. lol. Am I the only one that thinks so!?

Our trucks from the factory with the little minivan motor does alright. But yes TRD exhaust would be vote to keep it simple and not ricey. I've thought about swapping it out as well but prices are a little much for me for small difference. Start with a TRD filter and go from there ? Half the price.

<-- Also middle aged with 2 kids. Agreed with the majority, I have the TRD intake and exhaust and it did what I was hoping, opened it up a little without drone.

I saw a bumper sticker on a truck a few weeks ago that said, If your mufflers too loud, your too old.
