I’m thinking of picking one up for their Black Friday sale. If I don’t purchase the option for the light bar cutout, can I always do it after?

Yep, the front fairing is easy to swap out

Okay cool. Would you recommend me just buying it with the cutout? I think I would eventually get a light bar, just not now. Is there a difference with wind noise/resistance with the cutout?

I can’t tell a difference, I’m running without a light bar w/ the 40” cutout on my Tacoma and the normal fairing on my GX. I was more worried about it looking goofy with the cutout and no bar but you can’t really tell.

Does anyone know if I need to remove my rack (or the last bar on the rack) for the 3rd brake light recall?

Quick dimension question, what are the measurements of the side rails of the up top rack(for caps/toppers)?

I k ow Prinsu/CBI lists 3/16” for thickness but I was specifically wondering the height of the side rail itself.

I have an idea for a diy version but need some confirmation sizes since I don’t have or know how to use any CAD programs.

Anyone installed an Airaid Snorkel with the standard Prinsu Cab Rack? Can’t find anything on the interweb about it, Prinsu says they don’t know. I’ve got the standard cab rack, NOT the special one for the Toyota factory snorkel that Prinsu made. I'm not buying a new rack, and am hoping to find a way to install the snorkel without too much ghetto rigging.

I don’t know what was going through Toyotas head when they designed the desert air intake. It’s not even a real snorkel and yet it sits much higher than a real one

Can you just attach the Rotopax mount directly to the cross bars in the roof rack? Will there be too much play in the gas canister? Do you need the load panels to mount gas tank on roof bars? Thanks for any help.

I'm no expert as I havent even had a chance to install my roof rack. However, I did come across this. https://prinsu.com/product/prinsu-rotopax-mount-single-crossbar-mount-2/ Don't think it will be an issue.

Turns out this bar is essentially a perfect replacement for the rear crossbar if a chase light is wanted. Even the mounting on the side of the lightbar is the same as a prinsu spacing wise. It’s 47.3” wide and a prinsu crossbar is 47” wide. All I did was pull on the side of the prinsu to widen the space a hair and the bar bolted up no issues.

Thanks! I am REALLY happy with this product. It just fits there so well and I love the functions of it. Do I need it? Hell no, but I think it’s cool so I bought it.
