    Hi Everyone,
I have a 2018 Off-road with the JBL audio. A few months ago when Toyota ended support for the old Entune app I lost all functionality with my phone (iPhone). I have attempted to use the Toyota App but still haven't been able to receive messages/destination search etc. Additionally, after about 2 minutes, all phone calls done via Bluetooth drop from the car (but stay active on the phone). Are there any known solutions other than just doing an after market system?

    Thanks for your help,

There is a new Toyota app, the entune app will not work anymore. The new app supports our head units, and you could access the apps on the display.

My Iphone used to do that all the time too, since I updated to ios 15.1, solved that issue.

I see more than a few Toyota apps in the Apple store. Which one is the new app that works with Entune?

Thanks everyone. I started over with all the Toyota/Entune Apps. The app functionality is still not ideal but the phone / message capability is back.
    Appreciate the help!
