I sold the same truck a few months ago. 2005 TRD OR AC with 204k on it. Other than the frame replacement I only did the normal fluid changes. Never had a problem with anything else including the head gasket.

No, that is not true. 05-06 have a slightly higher percentage of head gasket issues than other 2nd Gen V6 Toyotas, which basically have no head gasket problems.
Drive it for awhile and see what you need. Put your money into care and maintenance.

I wouldn’t say it’s not true. not a guarantee, but happened to me as well as many others out there which is why some of us say to avoid 05/06 v6 trucks

"Many others"? How many? How many compared the number of 05-06 trucks produced? 1% or less? 5%? 50%? Everyone with a blown head gasket tells their story here. There is a thread/poll here about these head gaskets. Not enough responses to make any reasonable deductions.

You know, I've seen Weathertech & Husky floor liners recommended on here a lot. They are great choices and I would have a set of one of those liners if my truck didn't already came with a set of rugged ridge liners.

With that said, I will say that the rugged ridge floor liners are also pretty damn good, especially for the money. Very thick plastic and the sidewalls are tall enough to use the liners as a bucket haha. Take a peek -

Drive it to your favorite pizza place, and order your favorite pizza. What? I am hungry and it's a good idea.

    Absolutely Husky mats.
Change fluids: Front/Rear Diff, Transfer case and Transmission, Coolant and Powersteering.
Get some new plugs. Some guys on here swear by Copper NGK, I have a set but still have some milage on the iridium ones. Just do the Serpentine belt, it is an easy job.
Crank up some tunes and driver that puppy.
