So since you have “employee/employer relationship” experience. In the egg correlation discussion would the egg or the skillet be the employee?

 

Neither, but some would even go so far as to say the heat of a capitalistic society isn’t what it cracks up to be — it’ll leave you fried. Too much scrambling for promotions or ‘success’ can over toughen even the most seasoned of us.

 

I made this chicken chowder for dinner. Unfortunately, I don’t have any pictures of actual chowder, but here’s the recipe.

 

We were supposed to go out to eat for our anniversary but I took too long heading out of town to buy something so we opted for Thai takeout instead.

 

MONSTER Twice Baked Potato with Hickory Smoked Peppered Bacon, Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream with Ranch Dip Mix and Chives.

 

Cinnamon pork chop, brown butter sage gravy, cayenne butternut squash purée.

 

Hot damn, that looks amazing.

If you're a garlic fan.. you DEFINITELY gotta try this!!

 

Foil and oil in the oven? Or on the stove top?

 

On the stove top... then smash it and add Parsley, butter, shredded Parmesan and a touch of salt and pepper to taste then slather it on the bread .. cooks for like 7 minutes in a 400F oven.

 

Pork shoulder "boneless ribs", chicken thighs, portabella mushroom, garlic potatoes & green beans, corn, carrots and asparagus mix.

 

Looks like a feast!

 

I'm trying to be "less fat". not eating that much meat.
