    Snapped off maybe a third of the way up from the ground. County (I think) came out and cleared it from the road just a little bit ago. I've been watching a dozen or so others just swaying with the wind.

    Couple of years ago we had one snap and fall onto another tree. I called Duke Power out and told them it was going to fall and take out the power line. They sent out Asplundh to look and they said nah it aint gonna fall and did nothing. A few days later it fell and took out the power at about 3 AM. o_O

    I can't get anyone out here to cut them down. I call people they say sure we can do it, then never hear from them again. :frusty:
