I am thinking of selling my 2014 Tacoma it has 112000 miles on it with a salvaged title from a crash in 2016.
The truck runs great and I haven't had any issues with it, it's just not really what I need anymore unfortunately.
I wanted to throw it up here for feelers on what might be a good price for this truck with the salvaged title.
    Thank you!TRuck.jpgTruckkk.jpgtruckkkkk.jpgtruckkkkkkkk.jpgttruck.jpgtttttruck.jpgttttttrcuckkk.jpg

I've seen two dealership instances in the past month of them going for $22-24k. Doesn't mean they are actually selling at that price though. Given today's market, you could aim somewhere around $18-20k? This is just me guessing though.

    In this market $17k-18k:confused:

The Access Cab doesn’t bring as much as a Double Cab where I live. People will walk passed a nice Access Cab to get to a beat up Double Cab.

It looks like your truck might be lifted.
    That should help sell it.

I dunno... that salvage title. If I were a prospective buyer I'd want to understand in detail what happened and exactly what work was done. But this tight market might make selling it easier than it might otherwise be. Good luck.

Good looking truck, what were the circumstances leading to the salvaged title? Flooding, frame damage, only body work…?
    Need more info.
I would consider taking it to three or four dealerships and taking the highest payout. Dealerships are thirsty for used Tacomas at the moment, especially second gens. I think you’ll do well pending the reasoning of the salvage.

I am not entirely sure what exactly happened. According to carfax it was from an accident with another vehicle in Massachucets, where there was damage to left front, left side, right front, right side, left rear.
It some how came to Arizona got fixed and registered as a clean title. I am the 4th owner and I purchased from a family friend and I did not check carfax before hand, (they state they weren't aware of the salavge either)
I went to register it and everyone was confused about the salvaged then clean title switch so now I have a salvaged title in hand haha.

Almost sounds like a roll over except no roof damage?? Speaking for myself, I would never ever buy a vehicle with a salvage title. No offense, but I just don't trust people to tell the truth... or know that later owners like you even have the full story. And I don't need to save a few $ that bad. There are many more folks like me... but then there are also plenty who won't know or care. So you should be able to sell it.
