    I just read on another forum (not Toyota related) that some On-Star type services are going away:

    Does anyone know if this impacts 3rd Gen Tacos? I have a 2020. I don't use it, but if it may impact resale value later, and if it's a dealer-covered item, I may want to get it done.

    No, Most providers are finding ways of allowing 4G connections vs the 3G. I know honda has already rolled out a OTA Software update to address the obsolete tech.
