I know, but then there's this thought....if I do have cancer, do I really wanna know about it? Or just live in the day?

 

My wife had a colonoscopy and endoscopy done at same time a couple years ago. They didn't get the sedation right, and she woke up in the middle of the procedure with the tube down her throat. After hearing her story........ no thanks. I'll stick with the ColoGuard or whatever home test kit. I actually did one of those a few years ago, came back perfectly normal.

 

The whole idea is that you catch it before it becomes a big issue. They cut out the polyps before they become cancer.

I'm sure I'll have it done this year, I just don't wanna!!

 

I've had a couple of polyps cut out and didn't even feel a thing. No big deal.
