    OP. Unfortunately, your porch will likely be hit again by the same thieves.

    Suggest to make a visit to the local dog park. Collect a large sample of "landmines". Place in an expensive box like what the ICONS are packaged. Ship this "landmine" package to yourself. Leave it on the porch for the thieves to snatch. You could top things off with a video camera to record the theft. Then share the video with the local law folks.
