Hey guys! Just installed the Tucker exhaust and love it! However it seems to rattle against the frame. Anyone have this issue?

Nope. Very happy with my TRD Performance Exhaust system. Sounds great and not obnoxious.

It’s hard for some people to play nice during the holidays...

not super familiar with the tucker exhaust, but have you tried timing(turning) the pipes. Once again not familiar with this, but it’s some of the exhaust I have worked on the pipes need to be adjusted to sit correctly.

I'll see what all I can do in the AM, but it's all one piece and welded. When I tried to adjust it, the rubber hangers kept it from moving really. I'll play with it tomorrow and keep you posted!

Looks like the flange on inlet is welded, so not much adjustment there. Are you sure it isn’t rattle from the exhaust itself. Not sure if I’m seeing it correctly, but if the tail pipe comes out on the same side as the inlet then there is probably a fair mount of back pressure and resonance because of it.

I don't believe so. I tried adjusting what I could with those rubber mounts, but the pipe itself is rattling against the frame. I can't seem to adjust it either. I'm going to see if I can find some rubber mounts that will hold it differently

I found an aftermarket hanger that was pretty long. I put that on the rear passenger hanger and I haven't had it since! Local auto parts store should have it
