I have always heard the MOS makes the optic sit too high and its better to just get your slide milled. Check out https://www.wagermachineworks.com/ he has super fast turnaround and people seem very happy with his work.

Interesting. I've heard that as well. I wanted to buy the mos mostly for the frame rail. I'd keep my regular 43x and get the slide milled on the mos, plus the frame stippled. That way when the works being done I wouldn't be without my CC

I just placed an order with him for my G20 but haven’t gotten around to sending it off yet.

Anyone have a P365 MS they’re bored with?

If you find a deal on the normal one the manual safety can be added pretty easily by drilling 1 hole and dropping the safety parts in.

I’ve considered getting a second frame just to play with the MS but haven’t bothered since I’m happy with mine as is.

This is a very good idea. Seems like a stock P365 can be had relatively easily in the $499 range.

yeah everyone seems to stock the non safety one. I was originally in the same boat as you but the LGS had the tac pack with 3 12 round mags for $480 so I went that route. Was originally gonna add a safety but ended up liking it as is.

If you don’t wanna drill you can also just buy a new grip module for $40. It’s cool cause the polymer frame on these isn’t the serialized part so you can just swap em out.

Thanks! $480 for a tac-pack is a great deal. I’d be all over that if I find it!

yeah that’s totally why I compromised on the manual safety.

It’s a great gun though. It’s remarkably fun to shoot too considering how tiny it is. Not one of those carry guns you never want to shoot. At the range I find myself choosing it over my Glock 19 most of the time.

I bet! I mostly rock the 12 rounders which I think gets it in the same ballpark size wise.

McAllen Defense does $25 personal transfers but charges $40 for online orders and they’re right down the street from pantel if you need another option too
