I installed an Entune Premium on my 2018 SR 2018. It came with the basic radio/voice unit. It was plug and play, I just had to install my GPS antenna which came with the unit. Just mounts under the dash behind the head unit. I had to go to the bigger Bezel as the Premium has a bigger screen than the base unit. All plugs are there, took about two hours. Works great, because now I have Nav.
