No you don’t need the adventure pack. It’s different this time they said more urban areas this time. But it’s across many states. You can read up on it here:

    Hmm?

I was hoping it was aimed at the desert and included some camping so I have an excuse to get motivated.

Winter probably wouldn't be the best time to hang out in the desert. Heck spring has it's issues as well.

Yeah, there will be more next season as well, I’m sure. They moved it to more urban areas so it wasn’t too dangerous with inclement weather.

Went out to poke around in the Tillamook forest today, was beautiful once we got above the fog and clouds. Pulled a few trees off the trail but otherwise just a nice drive to check things out. Popped off some ammo. Good times.

Had to sell my 17 Tacoma for a tow rig in order to pull my new home. Still here for a bit to keep in touch.
Welp, here it is guys. My soon to be new full time home on wheels. Looks a lot better with the distribution hitch set correctly. Waiting for the canopy. Still need to install my air bags/Daystar cradles. Trailer is going to need some suspension upgrades. But two major purchases are down. More work to do, things are coming along.

Thanks, just ordered a Softopper for it, tired of the tarp.

Not much snow. One the side of the hill where we took those pics it had spots with snow but on the other side there were a few areas decent amounts on the road but it was easily passable. I am guessing that it only recently became an easy drive as it looked like nobody had driven in most areas since the snow fell so it is probably melting quickly.

Only a few minor things. Some split trim, little drip in the shower hose, Everything needs some lube. Overall it was ready to go

Seems like this next one in Oregon is tough with all the snow. I plan on going out to look for it this weekend.

Alright we are picking up to head out for this treasure hunt. I’ve mapped it out and we will be hitting a trail at this location:

    45.65892° N, 121.46697° W

From there we drive about a mile and a half and get out to hike around and look for this treasure capsule.
