Difference between TRD Sport and SR5 TSS?

hey as long as your happy its all that matters. each person has a different set of requirements or rules. TSS fills those spots for that type of customer.

just hope people realize that the tss package is just that, an add-on package on top of the SR5 baseline. you can get the stuff from the TSS on a sport if a dealer is willing to put in the effort

 

Minus the hood scoop, all those features are damn appealing. Oh well. Next time.

I love the sport for the hood skew, but I don't care for the push start. I have in our T4R ltd. for my wife, she didn't care for it at first but it's so convenient! But for me, it's just more to go wrong and very expensive to repair or replace a lost key fab, l was quoted $500+ for a spare!!

But If the only one I could have gotten in white with L/B and AT, I'd be driving it and wheels + tires would have been tossed in favor of the TSS I have on now!

I would have gotten the first one in any variety as long as it was AT, white and the long bed in 4X4

 

For gender flares you have to get the SR5 appearance package:

 

Financially it didnt make sense to get the trd or because I rarely even take mine offroad. I really just wanted a dc v6 4x4 so when I saw this with the rim's I was sold and got it for 30k before ttl. I already gutted the entire stereo system and added a sub. Next step is 2/1 lift and bigger tires.

I got a Tss it dosent have the scoop which is none functional anyways so didn't matter. I got the step bars 17" black wheels my screen is the same as my neighbors trd sport,my shocks are different though and it has leather seats. His sport dosent so hell I'm happy with my Tss

 

Is this package also different from. The S models appearance package that has black rims and mirror caps and the black 4x4 emblem. There’s a lot of different packages I guess. Just curious.
