New to tacoma world with a now smashed tacoma 06

Hello. New here. Bought my manual tacoma 06 4 years ago and have enjoyed overlanding ever since. Gotta have something to get my dirt bikes to the trail head. Joining because I was in a collision and now need to replace some parts. See ya'll on the 2nd gen buy sell trade threads.

Dang, bummer on the accident.

I’d be interested in seeing more damage details as the ARB is the only aftermarket bumper I know of that has actual crash/crumple zones designed into it and tests it.

Hopefully your frame is just fine and it’s just the hood and fender that got crunched.

 

@JasonLee sure thing. Yes Arb is the only bumper with the crumple zone that definitely crumpled in my crash. I hit the side of a 4runner who crossed traffic not seeing me coming at 35 MPH. The front rail extension may have bent as you can see where the bumper bolt use to be in the pictures. I wont know for sure if the rest of my frame is okay until I get the bumper off. Im gunna replace it with the same arb deluxe bumper because Im sure it saved my truck from being totaled. The 4runner I hit was missing its back tire.

Realizing that I cant post in TW buy/sell/trade until 30 days of having an account soooo that sucks. Guess Ill find my parts elsewhere in the meantime.
