Transmission noise

I started hearing this a couple months ago. I dont drive my truck to much at all. 2014 v6 with 47,000. I hope its not the tranny. Whats your thoughts?https://youtube.com/shorts/n2YgPzKKKg4?feature=share​

 

At the end I put it in neutral. But right before that major rattling.

 

Is that rolling in gear? If it is I would say U-Joints.

 

The video is at idle in gear. Not moving.

 

That's a very interesting sound then, I don't think it's in the transmission.
Only thing I can think of is maybe loose converter bolts or cracked flex plate (I'm assuming automatic trans) but awfully low mileage for something like that to occur.

 

I added 3/16 cable around my cats for theft deterrent. I have triple checked to make sure they werent loose.I might have to remove it all to make sure its not my transmission. Is there a way to isolate a transmission noise? Maybe a tube or ?

 

Long screwdriver or mechanics stethoscope works well to find noises.

 

My bad, I took off my cable on the passenger side cat. No more noise . Funny how sounds make you think the worse.
