All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Same thing happened to me. Girl merged into me while going 70mph on the hwy. swiped my entire bumper cover right off the front. Glad my low pro wasn’t installed then.

Man.. thats pretty awesome! How's it drive on 37's w stock gears? I read running 37's on stock rear axles is not a good idea due to them being weak and failing? How long have you been on 37's?

I may just end up skipping 35's all together. I've got basically everything needed that you have plus a 1" BL. I do plan to regear and add lockers in the future as well.

I had it on for a couple months. Anything bigger is never good for a stock axle, but it looks cool lol. With stock gears it’s definitely sluggish but if you don’t speed it isn’t too bad. I actually went back to 315s, only because the axle binded too often because of it being full time AWD. But yes if you plan to re gear and what not, why not just go to 37s? If my runner had the option for 2wd, I would probably still leave it on.

Hmm. Care to explain how or why the axle bind happens to awd and not 2wd? I’ve had axle bind before but it was because of me lifting it higher than usual (not intentionally), so I dropped it back and got some OEM axles and all was good again.

I don’t want to buy 37’s for test fitment purposes and I also don’t know anyone with 37’s either. Lol

I’m guessing because in 4wd the cv axle hooks on and the angle is just worse with bigger tires/lift. My truck does the same thing when I wheel in 4wd or when I turn too hard in 4wd. I also have a diff drop on both, it helps but it still binds here and there. Btw, i slapped the 37s back on my truck.

yeah my runner has a diff drop with 2 washers as well. Guess I can decide what size tires to go with when the time comes. Good to know it fits.

Today I pulled a Ford F350 60 feet out of a snow drift in Wyoming.. Halfway between Fort Collins and Laramie WY. my passages shit bricks as I braked on the glare ice with 50 miles an hour wind, backed up across 2 lanes of Ice highway and drug that old pig back up on land.. I'm not sure who was more shocked it worked, him, me or my wifes truck luna.... sorry no photos. It was sketchy as shit.. we wanted back in our trucks before a semi leveled us all.

Had to change the battery in my key fob. Cleaned out all of the dust while it was apart.

Probably a good idea to test the new battery before reassembling. First new battery was a dud.
