I have been researching this as well. From what I have read here on TW and on YT most are running either 4.88s or 5.29s. If you are willing to sacrifice mileage (RPMs on road) and want a set up that can handle 35s in the dirt go with the 5.29s. If you are sticking with 33s and the rig sees more pavement than gravel or trails + sand 4.88s will do just fine. Budget permitting, install lockers with the re-gear so you aren't getting nailed on labor (or if DIY you're not having to tear apart the diffs and go through gear oil more than you need to).

Please keep this thread updated with what you decide on and your experience with the re-gear once it is in. Get some base line data with your current setup before the upgrade so you can compare. I'd start with RPM for a given speed & gear (45 MPH in S3 - or M/T 3rd before & after, 75 MPH in OD 6 or M/T 6 before & after, etc.), and overall MPG + range per tank. Many posts I see lack any sort of data and are just "it accelerates better" and "I like it a lot more". I like data when I am evaluating the total cost of ownership / total cost of upgrade.
